A of efficient decoloration flocculants:

The efficient decoloration flocculants is a kind of new organic polymeric flocculants and the function includes decoloration, flocculation, wiping off COD, SS and BOD. The molecular formula is (C4H8N5X)n.

Application scope:

This product is mainly used on dyes house to clean solubility dye wastewater. In addition, it is also can be used at spinning, chemical industry, coking, papermaking, printing and dyeing, bleach, leather, municipal sewage and industrial sewage, so it can replace activated carbon and polyacrylamide. This product also can be used as fortifier and sizing agent in papermaking.

Performance:

1. The efficient decoloration flocculants can easily dissolve in the water and form the polynuclear complex so that aerosols can get together and form flocculating constituent.

2. In the water treatment process, the efficient decoloration flocculants can fit for a wide range of PH (7.5-10), especially the alkalescence.

3. This product is no corrosive effect for the pipe-line equipment and the removal rate for the SS, COD and BOD is high. After the cleaning process, the waste water can fit for the emission standard and the company can reuse the waste water.

4. This product is no suspended solid and sediment, so it will not block the medicated equipment and pipeline.

5. The flocculating constituent that produced by this product has high volume density and easy to soluble in water.

6. The efficient decoloration flocculants has different types including anion, cation and non-ionic, so those different types product can be used to different waste water.

The working principle of the efficient decoloration flocculants:

The flocculation’s precipitation method selects inorganic flocculants (aluminum sulfate) and organic anion flocculants (PAM) to compound aqueous solution and add it into waste water. It will produce condensed double electrode layer, so the particulate matter will loss of stability and coagulate to the flocculating constituent. Then, under the effect of gravity, flocculation constituents will precipitate in the water, so that suspended solids can be wiped off. After the cleaning process, the sewage can fit for the emission standard.

Method of application and cost:

1. The efficient decoloration flocculants can be used directly or add some water to dilute 10%-50%, and then compound with sewage. Then, you should stir it at next ten minutes, and pollutants will become flocculent precipitate so that you can separate it with water.

2. If the waste water has high COD or dark color, you can use efficient decoloration flocculants firstly and then use inorganic flocculants to reduce the cost.

3. The efficient decoloration flocculants’ additive amount is 0.03-0.5kg/t (based on the concentration of the sewage),and the colored sewage’s cleaning cost is 0.25-1.5RMB/t. The sewage of the printing and dyeing mill needs 0.3-0.8kg/t (based on the concentration and variety).

4. The efficient decoloration flocculants is not flammable and combustible products and non-toxicity, so it is hurtless for our body. Moreover, it can be stored at room temperature and should not bask. The storage period of the product is one and a half years.

5. The efficient decoloration flocculants is non-dangerous goods. If the product splashes to hand or body, you can wash it by clean water.
