Machine Introduction

The LRO water purifying system firstly produced is suitable for such industries as cosmetics, pharmacy, food and electronics has been deeply favored by users for its stable water quality and simple operation.

The system solves the troubles of frequent regeneration and cleaning during the use of ion exchanging water purifier. By adopting physical principle, it enables the water to pass the reverse osmosis film with a diameter of one ten-thousandth of a micron and separates impurities, ion, microbes and colloids in the water, so as to meet the water requirements in cosmetics, pharmacy, electronics and food industries.

(1) USA Imported DOW-4040 RO membrane 8pcs, glass fiber seamless pipe 8pcs;

(2) High-pressure pump QDL4-160 vertical multi-stage pump;

(3) SS 304 bracket, pipe U-PVC engineering plastic pipes, pressure 25KG/CM2

(4) Instrument Control Cabinet(including conductivity meter 1unit, flowmeter 2units, pressure gauge 2units, PLC control 1unit, pump control switch 3 sets);

(5) Automatic flushing system controlled by PLC, imported solenoid valve actuator (when the machine is on, automatically rinse 90 seconds; machine works every 6 hours, rinse 90 seconds)

2. The high speed homogeizer can mixing the solid type and liquid type raw material powerfully and dissolving the indissoluble materials such as AES/AESA/LSA etc.during the detergent prepare section which saved the labor and shorten production time

3. The pot body welded with imported 3 layer SS plate,tank body and pipes adopts mirror polish which meets the GMP standard.

4. Acoording to prodcess requirments ,the tank body can heating and cooling the materials ,the heating method including stream heating and electric heating ,east to dichage, can equip wiht transfer pump or dischange directly

2.The main blending adopts stepless speed variation device, which can reduce the formation of bubbles when the temperature is low and the viscosity is high.

3.The gear pump circulating discharging device can accelerate the forming of products and realize rapid discharging.
