Forged Pickets Process

In LuyiForge, our experienced blacksmiths make forged bars by hand forging in one piece. They always start from a thick round steel cut to the correct weight of the final product, forge it under air hammer after heating it to red color. The round iron is extended and changed shape according to the will of the blacksmiths, sometimes with the help of simple die in order to make some decorative iron shape.
