reverse osmosis pre-treatment water softener

1. Brief introduction:

The water softener is used before RO machine to anti the RO membrane from scaling. Thus to prolong the membrane life time. With principle of using the resin to remove Ca2+ and Mg2+, to avoid any scaling on the reverse osmosis.

This set of water softener adopted duplex automatic control valve for two resin tanks. The water can be deep softed by passing through two set of resin softener tank.

4. Notice:

After running a peroid of time. The resin become invalid as Ca+, Mg+ are fully filled resin. At this moment, the resin need to be regenerated by saturation salt water. Brine tank is this system is 105L.
