1. Will water be heated on a cloudy&raining day?

Yes. Although the heat output of the solar collector is reduced on overcast days it will still be able to provide heating. If it is a heavily clouded day or raining, then auxiliary gas or electric boosting will be operated automatically to maintain water at the required temperature.So you don't have to worry about running out of hot water on a rainy day.

2. How about your warranty for the solar system?

The unit is guaranteed for a period of 3 years and accessories for 1 year,Vacuum Tubes for 15 years. This guarantee excludes the follwing:
• Tanks and tubes that bursts because of over pressure caused by to high water pressures.
• Broken vacuum tubes.
• Damage caused by lightning etc.
• Vandalism.
• Fire theft etc.
• Incorrect installation and filling methods.
