Quality

Environmental Protection - All our concealment solutions are designed and constructed to offer care free performance in the harshest environments. All steel poles, brackets fasteners and custom designed framework is constructed to the highest standards and hot dip galvanized to prevent corrosion. Additional coatings of high durability paint or artificial bark coatings offer even more protection. Other materials and components used in our designs are made with UV resistant materials chosen for their longevity and resistance to breaking down over time.

Maintenance - Our pole for maintenance needs consist of periodic visual inspection and painting in 10 to 15 yrs. The bark life expectancy is undetermined but with proper maintenance of the paint it should last in excess of 30 years. Maintenance on the Palm fronds would consist of visual inspection only. If a Palm frond appears to need replacing than a simple replacement is all that would be needed. Maintenance on the Pine branches and Palm fronds would consist of an annual visual inspection for wear, cracking and possible need of replacement.

Chapter 2 Our Telecommunication Pine Tree Monopole

Telecommunication Pine Tree Monopole

Telecommunication Pine Tree Monopole:It is communication pole tower,adding to all kinds of barks and leaves in it. From a distance or up close, it’s hard to tell that our pine tree monopole systems are in fact artificial. Our trees are so realistic in appearance it is hard to pick ours out of the real ones when placed amongst other pines. Our pine tree systems are designed to our usual height,such as 15m,20m,25m,30m and 45m or just about any other pine you need with our custom coloring of the foliage and bark.

Pine Branches - The branches are designed with both the antennas and realistic appearance in mind. Taking insertion loss, as well as reflection into account, we have developed branches that are both RF friendly and aesthetically pleasing. The Molded resin branches have UV resistant pine needles imbedded into to the branch to prevent them from falling apart over time.

Bark –The bark looks so real because the molds used for the bark were pulled from actual pine tree bark. The natural curves, cracks, growth lines and texture of true bark is recreated in true to life detail.

As with all our poles, the bark is adhered to a pole that has already been hot dip galvanized offering yet another layer of protection from the elements. With no maintenance required, the bark life expectancy is well over 20 years. If fading occurs over time the bark can easily be repainted.
