The production line is mainly used to recycle scrap cars which are difficult to dispose of. Three processes such as crushing, grinding, sorting are approached to recycle the materials. This production line is composed of conveying, crushing, grinding, sorting, dust collecting and controlling and so on.

Crushing parts: Our rolling intelligent crusher SM1000 is used. This machine has the features of low noise, high pulling torque, high crushing ability and durable cutting tools to crush different shaped materials.

Grinding parts: Our DP series of grinder is used to grind the crushed materials. This machine has optimized geometric design, unique heat treatment technology and original hydraulic drive oppressed grinding technology. It can grind high hardness materials with durable cutting tools.

Sorting parts: Our newly developed drum typed magnetic separator is used to sort the grinded materials. This separator has a high ability of sorting and a large extent of sorting.

This production line adopts PLC intelligent control with human functions like automatic detection of overload, automatic shut- down and so on operating safely and easily.
