it uses very long and big space and hence it is difficult for existing factories to consider production expansion. However, with compact system, it only needs

about 19×16×7meter of land, therefore it is ideal for factories having limiting space.

Compact powder coating plant consists of powder coating booth,

double cyclone recovery system, automatic spray gun, curing oven.

Compare with the horizontal powder coating plant, what difference is

compact system powder coating booth and recovery system is on the movable platform,

and the curing oven is over the powder coating booth. After powder coating, per jig aluminum profiles move up to the curing oven.

Packaging & Shipping The whole powder coating system will be separated into parts, packed in paper box, blankets, transparent film etc. Generally, 3~4containers for loading
