1.Designed specially for human, driving comfortably

Based on the human body features and driving gesture which stretches your body naturally and your feet can reach the ground easily makes the driver keep straight and enjoy long way driving tireless.

2.Water drop shape fuel tank

Plump fuel tank with water drop shape can attract all eyes in a flash. Matching seat with curve of natural flow and extending sight makes motorcycle to give off graceful and soft.

3.Lighting system

Fashionable and stylish headlight shape offers stronger and wider light. Charming LED taillights offer more concentrated light to provide much safer riding. Flexible connection of turn light with the whole motorcycle can avoid crashing and damaging effectively.

4.Comfortable saddle

The integral saddle of fall design enables a driver to sit on the seat securely and the free rider to sit on the rear seat without slipping forward, the foam material of the seat cushion is made of polyurethane foam by the unified technology. With good elasticity, it allows to extend indefatigable seating. The surface is made of luxury leather material which is highly antifouling, anti-water and wear-resistant.

7.Shock-proof frame

Our test center is built according to national standard, occupies an area of 3880m2 and a total investment of more than 20 million RMB on equipments. Motorcycle production procedure

The motorcycle production lines consist of pre-assemble lines, assemble lines and test lines. All the parts are checked, tested and pre-assembled on pre-assemble lines before sending to assemble lines by full-automatic suspension conveyer, then, to be completely checked and tested on test lines after assembled. All the products must pass test before sending to warehouses. Meanwhile, automatic packing lines have been used as per packing procedure and technique strictly to assure a safe and sound transport.

Engine production procedure

To enhance cleanliness, FEKON adopts unique cleaning technique for 8 key parts before production. The torque data of the flywheel bolts and valve nut are strictly controlled during production and the air tightness is checked intensively also to assure a standard working procedure. The engines are sent to circle test table for comprehensive test after assembled and the air valves and oil will be adjusted and changed respectively to ensure a high quality.
