Brief Introduction of Jaw Crusher, Mining Machinery:

Jaw crusher is generally divided into two kinds: compound pendulum and single pendulum, mainly for the primary and secondary crushing. So far, it has appeared compound pendulum Jaw crusher for breaking bits and strong crusher which is used to break low carbon ferrochrome of the high strength and hard hardness. It is known to all that the main problem of Jaw crusher is the lower life of jaw plate. Thus, our factory not only develops special materials to improve the start up process, avoiding overloading damage, but also adopts fluid coupling in mainframes to improve equipment performance.Jaw crusher is one of the earlier crusher equipment. With its simple structure, firmness, reliable operation, convenient in maintenance and low production cost, so, until now, Jaw crusher is still widely used in metallurgical, chemical, building materials, electric, transportation, etc, industrial departments, and also is used to crush rocks and ores whose compressive strength is between 147MPa and 245MPa in a thick or fine way. In recent years, in order to satisfy the meet of breaking low carbon ferrochrome of the high strength and high hardness, our factory specially developed strong jaw crusher.

Application Scopes of Jaw Crusher, Mining Machinery:

Jaw crusher is mainly used in crushing for all kinds of ores and block materials of medium size and widely used in mineral, metallurgy, building materials, road, railway, water conservancy and hydroelectric power, chemical industries. The highest compressive strength of crushed materials is 320MPa.

High crushing ratio, even output granularity, simple structure, reliable work, convenient in maintenance, low production cost.

Operating Principles of Jaw Crusher:

The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft to change the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw. In the process, materials are broken, grinded to small bits and at last the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
