1.Application

A: It has special texture and be used with computer, vinyl cutter plotter and heat press machine easily.

B: It also can be used in mix colors transfer to increase richness and variability of printing stock.

C: Also, it is n’t limited by the fabric color. As long as the material is made of fabric, it can be transferred with excellent color fastness and adhesive fastness against water.

D: The plating laser vinyl is widely used in single color graphics, team uniform logo, sports number, signs, advertisement, posters, company logo etc.

2.Model and specification:

QingYi Heat Press Vinyl is an ultra thin, matte heat transfer film with an adhesive carrier which allows you to create unusually intricate and complex designs. The pressed film conforms to the fabric which gives the finished design a screen printed appearance but lends a more supple feel to the final product with full opaque color. All our films will not fade, crack or peel over time. Expect this film to outlast the garment it is pressed on.

Cut in mirror image and weed this film as you would with any other heat transfer film.

QingYi Heat press Vinyl may be layered on top of other Heatpress Vinyl films, Flock and PVC or underneath Hologram and Metallic Films. A Heat Press Sheet should be used during application.

Our Heat Press vinyl is designed for cotton, cotton blends, polyester, Nylons, spandex, lycra, wool and linen. Machine wash and dry.

3. Application manual

1.Cut in mirror with a cutter plotter, and weed the waste. Cutting depth with 10-30 micron into vinyl would be better by a press of 160-170GF.
2.Release the protective pet film, and transfer it onto target materials with heat press machine.3.temperature range: 150-180°C; time range: 10-20 seconds; press range: 20-30 pounds. The above are for reference only,please adjust according to actual situation.
