Coconut Shell Activated Carbon Application:

Gold Pick Up: widely used for gold recovery in gold mines all over the world. The granules are very hard and free of platelets with large pore volume, rapid adsorption and max gold loading, makes the product ideal for gold mines. Low attrition values; large pore volume with selected pore size, which suitable for carbon in leach (CIL) and carbon in pulp (CIP) process

Silver Impregnation: It is with efficient adsorption and filling characteristics, suitable pore structure for maximum adsorption

Used as Catalyst: It is used as a catalyst support of merox reactors in petroleum refineries. With its’ excellent durability, which can be used regenerated.

For Air and Gas Purification: It helps in refrigerator odour removal, conditioning of air, cigarette filters, kitchen hoods, gas mask, purification of industrial and radio-active gases. It is easy removal of dissolved hydro carbon, high durability in acidic and basic applications, high ignition temperature, low ash content can be regenerated.

Food Industry: Syrup Solutions, soft Drinks and beverage industries are also using activated carbon for the following application in syrup solution. Used for decolourisation of sweeteners in Syrup Solution; in liquor treatment, like improving the taste of liquors removal of colloidal matters from soft drinks. It is with low ash and dust, and selected pore structure excellent decolourisation.

Water Treatment: Effluent Treatment Powder carbons in effluent treatment process are used for removal of color and odour from waste water. It helps to removal of dissolved organic matter Cost effective is elimination of pesticides & pollutants excellent decoloring.
