Amino Silicone Oil TC-1208S (low-yellowing, fluffy and smooth)

The product, the most advanced silicone softening agent nowadays, belongs to amino-modified silicone oil series, containing active gene of self-cross linking. The perpetual, soft, smooth, fluffy effect can be obtained free of the catalyzation with high temperature or supplement of catalyzer. The treated fabrics are provided with stronger tensile strength/tear strength and anti-crease performance. This is why it is most universally used softening auxiliary applicable to after-finishing of various fibers.

Appearance: Transparent viscous liquid

PH value: 7-8

Ionicity: weakly cationic

Dissolution: water soluble

Stability: no liquid layer division for 30 minutes at 3000 turns/minute

Functions and features:

1. Applicable to the softening finishing of various fibers, especially to blenched fabrics, providing better hydrophilicity and permeability to fabrics. It has little adverse impact on finished bright shade of light-color fabrics.

2. Easy to emulsify and stable in quality;

3. Able to avoid bur on cylinder during washing procedure;

4. Able to improve fabrics’ recovery, extensibility, tear strength and anti-crease performance.

5. With a good stability against acid, Alkali, electrolyte and hard-water.

Dissolution preparation method: It can be diluted at ay ratio. It can not be used until being diluted;

Application process: Padding: TC-1208S 1:4 After water boils 10-15g/L Room temperature: double-dip-double-nip or single-dip-single-nip
Dipping: TC-1208 After water boils 2%-3% for fabric weight Liquor ratio: 1:10-15 Room temperature 15-30 minutes

Storage: Keep it away from direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool place;

Storage period: Sealed storage for six months
