Product Description

NAME: Raising Agent TC-WS

Description:

the product is a fluff agent exclusively for cotton and blended fabrics, able to increase their hand feel, improve raising effect and shorten raising time. Also applicable to softening and plumping finishing of natural fibers, man-made fibrous wool and their blended fabrics.

Physicochemical parameters:
Appearance: white pearlescent viscous liquid
Ionicity: weak cationic
PH value: 6-7
Dissolution: soluble at any ratio with cold or hot water

Performance and characteristics: 1. Imparts soft and fluffy hand feel to fabrics2. Improves hand feel of raised fabrics3. Makes pile fabrics fluffy and thick4. Used independently or together with softening agents Solution preparation method: slowly add 8-10% of the raising agent into water at 30°C while stirring; continue to stir the mixture until it appears evenly pulpy to be reserved.
Application: Dipping paddingDosage 2-5% for fabric weight 10-30 g/LLiquor ratio: 1:10-15 double-dip-double-nip or single-dip-single-nipTemperature: 30-40°C

Time: 15-30 minutes

Storage: Keep it away from direct sunlight, and keep it in cool place

Storage period: six months
