Sintered NdFeB magnets are produced by powder metallurgical process, which are the highest energy products at present.

They are widely used in the MRI, VCM, motor, separator, lifting, sensor and loudspeaker etc. Fell has a production capability of sintered NdFeB magnets over 100 tons per month. Highly grade magnets such as N52, N48M, N46H, N42SH, N38UH, N35EH are in mass production. Feller magnets corp. also can produce low temperature-coefficient material, which can work well under high temperature. Sintered NdFeB magnets have replaced SmCo magnets in some fields, such as motors, generators and couplings due to its high energy and reasonable price.

Sintered NdFeB magnets can be coated with Zn, CuNi, Epoxy, Phosphated, Sn, Parylene, Gold etc.
