Haining Jiacheng Rubber Factory was founded in 1992. The company has achieved excellent results in O shape, V shape, Y shape, J shape seal rings, gasket, flat gasket, sealing element, no skeleton oil seal, VA, VS washer seal, fluororubber rubber compound, fluororubber oil seal, fluororubber products and other various rubber compounds. Many materials have obtained the SGS Certification and UL Flame Retardant Certification, and meet EU requirements.

Fluororubber has excellent chemical stability and high-temperature resistance, making it one of the most durable elastomers currently. Moreover, fluoro rubber has favorable anti-aging and mechanical properties. Fluoro rubber has a strength of 15.0~25MPa, with an elongation of 200%~600% and a tearing strength of 2~7MPa. In addition to chemical stability and high-temperature resistance, fluoro rubber has features including excellent electrical property, low air permeability, oil resistance, high vacuum resistance, acid and alkali resistance and various chemical resistances, making it suitable for aviation, guided missile, rocket, space navigation, atomic energy and other cutting-edge technologies, as well as auto, chemical, petroleum, telecommunication, instrument, machinery and other fields.
