The RYMP control system developed based on programmable technology and the RYPC control system based on PC together with touch screen interface, all these make the effective management and control for process control become possible. For different requirements of smoke generating, we supply external/internal woodchip-glowing system and liquid smoke system.

The utilization efficiency of energy has been greatly improved by using modified heat exchange system of steam, reliable door sealing structure and insulation wall of high performance polyurethane. User may choose steam-heating/electric-heating/gas-heating for energy source.

Solid full welded structure made of stainless steel, convenient design for using trolley; high performance cleaning system and mutual interlocking gear for cooked/uncooked areas are all in compliance with the requirements of HACCP code.
