CHARACTERISTICS

1.The inverter (yangtai huifeng) controls the main motor which adopts to different printing speed.

2.The printing ink is transmitted by the chroming steel anilox cylinder 50-250l/in .

3.The number counter can set printing quantity as require.

Stop the machine automatically at the set quantity or when the materials is cut off.

4. Lift and lower the printing cylinder pneumatically.

5. 360 continuous and adjustable longitudinal register device.

6. Hot blasting dry system

7. Unwinding: 5kg magnetic powder auto tension control .

8. Winding: 5kg magnetic powder tension control .

9. 3 inch 76mm air shaft both at unwinding and rewinding .

10. It can print both two sides.

11. Euipped with 1 set of printing cylinders(less than 500mm)

12. Ultrasonic simulated EPC or Motor EPC which can keep the material in a straight line.

13. 5kg /N magnetic powder braker(wenzhou) auto tension control .
