System profile:

1. The component boxes are easy to replace and maintain, made of PCB lacquering technology, with schematics and test points on front side, components on back side, to avoid interferences and faults caused by wiring greatly.

2. On-site actual industrial environment simulation: the system is transformed from related industrial products, for students’ application ability cultivation (waveform analysis and system debugging).

3. All configurations in systems are rich and reasonable: each system adopts components and trigger (drive) circuits, main circuits, controls, controlled objects, different from each other, incorporating actual industrial technology application, rich, in order to inspire students’ interest and make students obtain a lot.

4. Faults setting are open on each module, with manual switches and single-chip relays in setting, also you can do settings on computer (with faults setting and appraisal software).

5. Electrical and electronic components, circuits experiments, in a small system: make students understand what purposes for the components and modules, effect on the whole system, for students learn and apply the knowledge learned.

6. Insulated transformer and low voltage power supply for human safety. Motor and power measurement unit can indicate rotation speed, torque and mechanical power (shown by 4 digits).
