1, Uses

JH-21-type non-silicon defoamer is used for delayed coking devices, it can reduce the foam layer height of coke tower to extend the coking time; reduce coke powder to protect cold-exchange equipment and radiation pump; reducing coke powder of gas and diesel oil to prevent toxicity of hydrogenation devices; reduce coke deposition of evaporation line and fractionating tower bottom, to facilitate long period safe production.

4, Using methods

Add defoaming agent to the coke tower by pump continuously from top tower, at the same time,we can inject steam to prevent block of high-temperature residual oil. Dosage is 50-75ppm generally.

5, Packing and Storage

a. 200L Galvanized iron drum, N.W. 170KGS.

b. Stored in cool and dry warehouse, avoid flame and insolation.
