Description

SC1200 is a one-component, white and other customized colors RTV silicone rubber. It is widely used in seal of the frame of solar panels, seal of solar lighting products and the junction boxes of panels, and other flange seals. Its main features:

1. Low odor, non-toxic and non-corrosive.

2. Excellent UV aging resistance.

3. Flame-retardant, the level up to FV-0.

4. Excellent heat-resistance and cold-resistance.

5. Excellent electrical properties, electrical insulation property and weather-resistance.

6. Excellent adhesion and long-term seal performance, moistureproof.

7. Sufficient protection of chips from contamination or oxidation.

Performance Data

Note

Clean surface, remove rust, dust and oil and so on. Operation is complete, unused glue cap should be tightened immediately, kept under seal. Again, if the seal has a little crust, its removal can not affect normal use. Gel during storage, pipe mouth may also be a small amount of the curing phenomenon, to clean it after normal use, does not affect product performance.

Store

1. In a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.

2. Reach of children.

3. Clean the surface to get the best adhesion.

4. The full curing time is generally 72 hours.

5. Please wear the protective glasses when operate.

6. In case of contact with eyes, please clean with water, and go to hospital.

7. Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
