Service evaluation
Each custoemrs can evlauation the sevice they received. 2013 Sundyn M8 is originated from its multimedia evalaution device, and inherited the functions and advantanges of the evluation system .This part can display the evaluation interface and the staff info vividly , and the evaluaiton data would be gathered and managed at the backstage. Leaders only need to login to backstage server to have a understanding of all the staffs’ performance and service . At the same time ,M8 Terminal support customization of the evlauation keys and language.
Time and Weather
It provides the local weather condition for the next four days. All the data is provided by China Weather Network Offical website.
Notice functon

You can add or modify the notice info on the server, Each info includes two parts: the title and the content. After adding, all the M8 that connect to this server can receive the notice at once, which save the trouble for file notice or artifical notice. After M8 received the notice, clients can enter this part to see the dettailed notice content,and if there are many items, you can check the content by inputting the keywords of the notice through the Searching function to check the contents you are intereseted.

Welocme function

Greeting Words displayed on this part can be customized. If you don’t want to use the M8 standby picture we provide and prefer a single and simple gretting images,you can customize the pictures. At the same time you can change the pictures. One TF card, and you can update the images at will.

Opinion Query function

Opinion query part provides the opinion collecting service for the hall service.You can design a set of questionare on the server side, and then send it to the M8 by network. M8 users can submit them. Leaders in charge can have a understanding of the condition according to the query data calculated at the backstage software, All the questions are single-choice questions and options for each question should not exceed 9. The total questions should not exceed 50.

Info quering function

Provide the service for customer to check info in the shopping mall. Administers need to add the topic and the website link of the query at the server side and then those can be displayed at M8. When customers check the info, they can use the Searching function to filter useless info . Html link is used to display the query info. Clients can add their own by their own Html file . And if M8 could connect to Wide Area Network(WAN), they can even add those websites such as Baidu, google on this part.

Device info function

it is about relevant parameter of M8 equipment. Client can go into it to check the running status of M8. When installers debug the device on site, they can set the server ip quickly here , or login out the servcie system of M8 side.

Display and advertising

It includes the picture displaying and video displaying, Customer can design therir own displaying list and then transfer the list toserver and let them be played by M8 in loop. At the same time , similar to Welcome Module ,clients can set this part as the defaulted standby interface so as to display the advertersing content in full screen.

Real-time broadcasting

By this function, it can broadcast whatever the content you input. When there is crowded and nosiy, users can use this function to input the words you want to let it be broadcasted by M7. You can also equip a loudspeaker for the M8 to achieve better effect.

Screen-synchronization

It can display the PC screen on M8 screen at real time. There are four synchronization mode : 1st: one time screenshots, it is same as the QQ screenshots function:mark out the area anad then double click the screen to make screenshots, 2st~4th way are real time screeonshots but have different focus, namely: they are fullscreen synchronization, mouse pointer

synchronization , inputting area synchronization,respectively. In the shopping mall , the cashier’s pc can use this functer to display the content on the pc on M8 so as to avoice conflicts and improve efficiency

three connection way

First connection way:

Wireless network connection.Customers provide the network environment. As M8 is integrated

with WIFI module, it could coonnct to client side and server side by WIFI, saving the trouble for wiring.It is especially applied to those enviroment that has wireless network such as shopping mall.

Second connection way:

Connect by USB . M8 doesn’t to connet to netwrok , but need to work with a PC that installed the M8 client software. Let M8 work with the PC through the USB cable. But the PC needs to be

able to do network communication with server side. It applied to the halls that have weak wireless network singal, or halls that don’t want the M8 be connected to the hall intranet.

Third connection way:

M8 connect to the LAN directly,system identify employees through staff card;and guide customers to evaluate through voice controller;server on the LAN records and analysis the evaluation data after receiving.

It is installed in the PC of every window to control the voice of the customer evaluation device.Employee login software to identify the staff ID,and receive customer evaluation data, and then send that data to system management software through LAN; One set for each window.

when a customer came to the counter, staff will press the computer hot keys to meet customers.Then evaluation device radio "welcome", staff triggers hot keys after complete of the relevant business , the evaluation device would say "please evaluate my service" to remind the customer to evaluate.customers press the button on the terminal device to evaluate staff service according to their own service experience, after the completion of the assessment, device will say "thank you". Data transmission process: data transmit from terminal to the client software, transmit to the server through local area network ; Server record and deal with data, you can set up working state of the evaluation using system management software and query evaluation data using system management software.
