Products Explanation:

XYMF-501 is a kind of low molecular weight(LMW), high positive charge density liquid polymer special for pulp and paper industry.

It is designed to inhibit the partial deposit on the fabric and roller.

Products Application:

Dosage: For the fabric passivating and roller deposition controlling, we suggest dosage 3.5cc/min/m (fabric width), not more than 6.0cc/min/m (fabric width).

The chemical should be used according to the control program made by our technician.

Dosage Notices: XYMF-501 is condensate product. It should be diluted before use.

We suggest use standard low flow positive transfer piston pump.

The product is not toxic or corrosive. It can be used for PVC, steel devices, steel pipeline and tank.

Dosing Point:

For forming wire: Dilute it with water. Then continuously spray it to the connect paper sheet of forming wire by using fan-shaped shower pipe in front of breastroll.

For back roller: Spray it to roller by using shower pipe.

25kg or 200kg /barrel or according to customer’s requirement

Storage:

Quality guarantee period is 12 months. Stored indoor avoid light and freezing
