INTRODUCTION

This mechanized car parking tower system formed by one motor room, transporter /turntable and handling equipment, double car park platforms on each side of the car racking, a counter weight assembly and electrical control / operating system.

Motor Room consists an elevator motor and pulley system, it function is to elevates the car with the platform on the transporter / handing equipment from the Reception Compartment – entrance / exit compartment to the position where the car to store in the car racking.

*The transporter / handing equipment and Turning Device are formed as one completed machinery, this part of the machinery’s functions are

The transporter is a means of transportation (Vertical movement) for the platform with the car to the car racking or unstuffy the car with the platform to the entrance / exist compartment for the user to pick his car.The Handing Equipment is to send or retrieve the car with the platform form / to the car racking.The Turning Device is to turn the platform 180 Degree or 90 Degree let the car head face to the Exit Door in the Reception Compartment, so the driver just drive the car forward and leave the parking tower thru the Exit Door.

The counter weights goes with the transporter, it function is balance the load of the transporter while travelling.

VVVS is to maintain a smooth vertical movement speed control and this is to keep the car safely kept at all time on the platform.An intelligent program can provided for simplex operation, all the user had to do is just call your car at the operating panel, and the program will park or retrieve your car without the user knowing where is the empty platform or where his car is store.The program also caters to navigation system for the driver to guide the driver park their car in the correct position on the platform, so to avoid damaging the car and the racking.It has all the safety features, such as; Emergency Stop Button, Alarm, Car Size Limitation device, Anti Object Door Shutting Device and Safety Instruction Display Indication Panel and Platform Locking Device on racking.Operating Panel equipped Automatic Operation mode, Manual Operation mode and Maintenance mode. The program also displays the error code for the breakdown failure.
