LIMITED WARRANTY
1. Warranty periodOur guarantee period is two years or thirty thousand kilometers from the date of purchase of the product.
2. WarrantyShandong Baoya New Energy Vehicle Co. Ltd. hereby warrants its electric cars purchased from BAOYA ELECTRIC CARS or an authorized distributor, dealer, or agent shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 2 years on the body and chassis, as terms are defined herein, and subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions contained in this warranty, to the original owner or Leaser. Batteries and Battery Chargers are covered by the specific manufacturer’s warranties. For more information about the warranty period of the parts, please refer to the following form:

EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTYThe warranty shall not apply to the following:1. Damage or corrosion of vulnerable parts (such as body, glasses, Lighting bulb, rubber products) due to human or other reasons.2. Normal wearing or a puncture of the tyre.3. Malfunction or damage due to unexpected crash, burning, stolen, freezing, striking, etc.4. Malfunction or damage due to users’ misuse, insufficient or inappropriate maintenance.5. Modification, retrofitting and any change of spare parts by yourself, including the change of car body, chassis or other parts.6. Damage or corrosion due to environment and chemical treatment.7. Breakdown or damage of car due to not use spare parts of us.8. Economic losses or extra charges due to the out of service of the car. OTHER ITEMS:1. Once you buy our car, we will provide 1% spare parts for free based on the amount of sales.2. The transfer of names will be deemed to give up the hypothec of quality within warranty period;3. To obtain warranty service, please show your valid purchase receipt and fill in the following Warranty Certificate Card correctly.
