Almighty Color Fixing Agent For Textile ECO-45

This product is a third-generation non-formaldehyde fixing agent.

Suitable for reactive dye, direct dye, sulfur dye and color fixing of Indigo Denim.

It can increasing fastness of soaping, staining, mercerized and perspiration.

Free of formaldehyde, comply with environmental requirements in Europe and America.

Typical Data

Properties

1.After the color fixing of cellulosic fiber by reactive dyes or direct dye, the soaping fastness will

improve class 1-2. And the staining fastness reach class 4.

2.Used for sulfur dye and color fixing of indigo can improve the fastness up to class 1-2.

3.It can get an excellent effect even use in turquoise blue and bright red, and won't change the shade.

4.Increases perspiration fastness , not affecting the shade, it's good to manufacture.

5.Improve color fastness to mercerizing, reducing fade and color change

6.It won't affect hand feeling and hydrophilcity, suitable for color fixing of cheese yarn.

Application

1.For dipping

Dosage is 1-3% (o.w.f )

2. For padding

Dosage is 10-20g/L

Packing & Storage

125 or 200 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 months under cool and dry conditions.
