1. How could buyers place sample order ?

Situation A:Buyers send original samples to us, we copy new samples and send new sample and original sample back to them together.

Situation B:Buyers choose models for sample from our website or our catalogue. We custom make new samples and sent to them.

Situation C:Buyers send design artwork and specification to us,we develop new samples as per their design artwork.

2.How to pay for sample production cost and courier freight?

Situ A:Sometimes we afford the sample production cost by ourself. Most of time, Buyers will be asked to pay by themselves. If buyers have express account by return, they only will be asked to pay for sample production cost,samples will be sent by buyer's express account On the contrary, buyers should send the sample production cost and courier freight together. We help buyers to arrange shipping.(DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT etcs).

3.Sample charge payment items

Paypal come first.it is more safety for buyers and fast for supplier. Paypal payment could save two days time for sample order. Other two payment items are western union and company foreign bank.

4.How could I get price list?

Pls send us your email address, company name and website. We will verify these information. Our price list will be sent to you if information is correct and true.

5.Can we put our brand name and logos on jeans labels?

Sure,of course.During the sample production period, It is unworkable to put them on jeans labels.All buyers will ask to put band name and logos when mass production is starting.But if you want to afford the mould fee for trims,we could find trim supplier to custom made them for you after we get your artwork of label pictures and specifications.

6.How to place an order?

Please send your purchase order by email or fax to us.We will send proforma invoice to you after you supply these information to us:

1> Shipping information/company name/detail address/phone number/fax number/Destination airport or sea port,transportation method(By courier,by air or by ocean contanier).

2> Production information,model numbers,quantity,unit price.

3> Delivery time required.

4> Forwarder’s contact details if you want to use your own forwarder.

7.Can you arrange the shipping for us?

Sure,of course.Could arrange for you free of charge.

8.How could the products be sent to buyers?

If it is small quantity and less weight.It will be sent by courier.

If jeans weight range is within 500kg.It will be sent by air.

If very big quantity and volume,It will be sent by sea.

Basically,the transportation is up to buyers.

9.What is the payment item for large order?

T/T payment/western union payment/100%L/C at sight payment.

10.MOQ for one model

500pcs for one model and one color,but mix sizes,But we could adjust our moq as per buyers actually situation.Especailly for new buyer and the buyer who just starting developing denim business.
