Main features

The machine has many functions. The medicinal materials are in bright colour and in good quality after boiling. The outer part of the boiler is installed with steam jackets,the bottom with drain valve,the complete machine with engine gearing,so it can overturning the boiler automatically and it is very convenient to input and discharge the materials,This is according with the requirements of GMP.

Working principle

While braising the herbs,the steam is directly fed from the central steam pipe at the bottom into the boiler. At the same time,proper quantity of steam is fed into the interlayer to keep the temperature in the inner bulb stable and reduce water returning from the inner bulb,and when necessary, dry out the returning water. While boiling the herbs,the boiler contains water and the steam is fed through the central steam pipe. The steam in the interlayer acts for heat insulation.
