Use of attention for coil spring

Choose right coil spring or will distortion and reduce service life.

Can’t have gap between upper plate and coil spring or will distortion and rupture.When free length of coil spring is 4 times to outer diameter ,please use guide rod shield to protect service life.Can't use it for anything except compression .Please use it on the mould.When the lower plate parallelism is not well, high stress will happen and cause transformation and rupture .It must be have some preloading when put coil spring on the mould . preventing mould Bear impact load and cause fatigue damage.

Install and valid service condition

>When Coil Spring install the hole of bottom without leader ,the deep of hole must be more than two rings than coil springs.

>when coil spring install with leader ,length of leader must be higher than length of coil spring

>.Close state (stroke limit) is reference dimension ,Pls do not use if more than 300000 times or it will be bending and failure.

>When installing, preloading is one over ten or more of the compression. When cope plate use with gap .will cause coil spring bending or scrap.

Using for guide stem

When coil spring without using guide stem ,according to the condition of coil spring ,there will be no stability and bending ,Using inner guide stem is the best choice.

>.When using inner guide stem

Guide stem diameter should less 0.1mm than inner diameter for coil spring

>.When using outer guide stem

Guide stem inner diameter should increase 1.5mm than coil spring outer spring

>.When using one guide stem

Guide stem diameter should more than 0.15mm than coil spring outer diameter

>.In practice,guide stem should more than pedestal

Guide stem height shoulg higher a half than free length of coil spring .It can increase service life.

>.Coil spring only use for compression ,except extension ,torsion , or will be bending .transforamtion and scrap ,etc.

Service condition:

>.Allowed temperature range for coil spring

TF.TL.TM.TH.TB.TR.TY : 80°C--30°C

Higher than these temperature ,you should customize.

In practice,when temperature higher than above. Coil spring will be scrap ,bending and etc. or use based on technicist’s guide .

>.Don’t use coil spring on high temperature and wet ,or coil spring will be scrap ,bending and rustiness.

Periodic testing and keeping

>.If necessary ,change scrap one into right one or will be bending two sides of coil springs .So ,should keep updateing periodic for normal use.

>.Keep working without danger

Keep working without danger ,high temperature ,wet condition and all adverse condition .
