Rules for acceptance,package,mount and application of grinding products are carefully provided in GB2494-1995 for both the makers and the uses

Handle

Handle with care and not to rool or move on the floor for all the wheels are fragile and easy to break.Inspection shall soon be done after receipt of the wheels,placed on the firm stands.

Storage

Suitable stands or specialtools shall be used for the storage of different kinds of wheels at the temperature above 5°C with case temperature

Mount

1) A tap is needed before mount to check the wheel

2) To check the specifications of the wheels and the given max.linear velocity of the wheels shall be applied to the revolutions of the grinder to be used.

3) Thickness1.0-1.5mm of the spring liner between flange and the wheels shall be kept.Liner diameter shall be 1mm larger than the flange.To check the specification and balance of the flange and flange diameter shall be 1/3 of the wheel.

4) To fasten the wheels with the special spanner.The multiple flange shall be fastened one by one symmetrically and uniformly with the given moments by the manufacturer.Too tight fastening of the flange shall not be done

5)The first balance can be done when the wheel is well mounted on the grinder with the light point down marked on the wheel.The wheel needs a wet dressing and the second balance can be done after the grinding fluid gets dried.
