How to order ?

Order Information

All orders or inquiries should be specified: quantity, style, size, color, thickness or gauge, print or no print, pictures, packaging, carton print information. All orders will be confirmed via email or fax.

Production Time

Depends on quantity and seasonal variations, usually 2-4 weeks or longer for annual orders.
Please be aware that a sample is generally produced 2-7 working days from receipt of PO and artwork.

Samples

For new printed orders, a PDF proof will be submitted to client at no charge for correctness of copy, size, and print location before we place printing plates. Samples will be sent for client approval prior to production order in mass. The order will not be produced and lead-time will not begin until the samples are approved.

Colors

All colors of poncho/raincoat and printing must be provided Pantone color by clients. In case of not having pantone colors, colors will follow exactly on the receipt of samples.

Credit Policy and Payment Terms

Payment terms

TT deposit 30% for full container or LCL orders.
If Mini orders, 50% or 100% of its value will be paid before production.
We will inform client our company account to transfer money when placing the order.
Transfer deposit must be implemented latest 3 days since sending PO or Contract.
The production will start after receiving the money.

The balance must be paid latest 3 days after customers receive copy of BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list and sometimes Certificate of Origin Form A via email or fax.

Free Samples

Available on all product styles to help support client needs and we often send customers various and many samples. Available samples of our products are free for ordered clients. Please email or fax us during working time and also email us, call our mobile in non working time.

Printing Capabilities

We are capable of printing up to 5 colors on one sides of poncho/raincoat.

Plate Charges

Please supply artwork in Illustrator CS or Adobe Acrobat PDF, or Illustrator EPS. Please create all artwork using Pantone spot colors.

Any change of artwork after printing plates made will also entail a fee.
