Established in 2003, Shandong Huayun New Material Co.,Ltd. is specialized in the production of galvanized steel sheet, color coated steel sheet, printing steel plate, embossed steel plate and a household appliance steel plate.

Our company covers an area of about 180 thousand square meters, with total assets of RMB 439 million. Our annual sales income is RMB 1.81 billion and tax is RMB 150 million. The design and major equipments of our colorcoated steel plate production line with annual capacity of 15 ten thousand tons are provided by Korea GALVATEC Company. We have adopted bipainting and bidrying coating technology during the production of this product and the manufacturing facility is one of the most advanced production equipment in Shandong Province at present. The stability and accuracy of the equipment ensures the quality of top products. The PLC automatic controlling system provides guarantee for automatic and continuous operation of the color coating strip, whose thickness range is 0.146—1.6mm and width range 800—1250mm.
