Turn right, now we are in the Physical-chemical Laboratory. In here, we make strictly for all the raw materials for each batch before put them in the warehouse, so that we can make sure that the source of the quality-raw material is excellent. After that, have you notice the canbinet yet? Yes, we are saving the samples of all the raw materials at least for one year.

The 2th floor is our Conference Center, we orgnaize training for our staffs and hold Summary conference regularly, so that all of us can do things better and, improve ours' professional skills.

Now, we are in the Provincial Profile Inspection Center, you can see the main items we are making.

One: Veka softening temperature point testing;

Two: Anti-aging ability testing, for testing the weather ability of our profile, as well as sort out the best raw materails;

Three: Anti-impact testing, freezing in the refrigerator in 10 below for 1 hour, 1 kg drop hammer for 1.5m free fall to hit the profile, testing ten pcs, less than one broken is pass.

Four: Charpy impact testing, for testing the crossway strength of the profile;

Five: After all the testing, we put the profile sample in the cabinet for tracing back to the problem, the same purpose with Physical-chemical Center one.

Six: Purity testing, we put the samples in the burner, and burn down the organic matters to testing the purity of the profile;

Seven: Micro extruder, connected with computer, to studing the heat stability, shear stability,

flow and curing behavior of the theremoplastic materials, under the actual processing,

continuous and reliable to determined the rheological properties of the systerm.

Eight: Double roller plastic refining machine, using for testing the color and abberation and correction the color.

Nine: Corner strength testing, we random cluster sampling for every 12 hours for every production line.

All the things we have done is to make sure that no sub-quality products flow into the market!
