I. Overview

GHK fixed cellular switchgear is designed by us integrating strong points of domestic and foreign similar products, suitable for systems with AC 50(60)Hz and rated working voltage up to 690V, satisfying demands of power supply, distribution and motor control and conforming to standards like IEC60439-1, IEC60947 and GB7251.1.

II. Structure instruction

The basic structure is taking E=25mm as the grid and bended via special mold on the aluminum zinc coated

steel sheet. The internal construction members are made of aluminum zinc steel sheet and the door plates

and side plates around have surface coating treatment. This interior unit is divided into main busbar

compartment, apparatus compartment and cable compartment. With its exterior features kept with the strong points of Artu cubicle, the interior structure has made great adjustment, which results in big improvement of the strength of whole cubicle. With respect to vertical busbar, rectangular busbar of common type in China is adopted. GHK cubicle enables to provide complete cubicle structure scheme for power distribution control system, and the degree of protection of the enclosure is IP3X-4X, up to IP54.

III. Main characteristics

1. The complete and reasonable design can satisfy assembly demands of several electrical components and each component forms independent function unit as to reach perfection and harmony;

2. Reliable power supply and distribution. The function unit is adopted with plug-in or withdrawable switchgear with simple structure, easy replacement and better interchangeability;

3. The cubicle is made of aluminum zinc coated sheet steel imported, with features of anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-rusting and good mechanical property;

4. Modular design. The cubicle has high degree of modular, popularization and serialization levels. Random assembly of compartment units upon request and the requirements may be met only by adjusting the module position subject to the change of switch.

5. Fully-enclosed structure, internal adopted with modular partition, divided into different function units, effective height of fixed separation 1800mm, segregation unit height as 8E/12E/16E/20E/24E with high protection degree and good safety property;

6. Good earthing continuity. The frame and interior structures are made of aluminum zinc coated sheet steel and the coating structures on the surface are also provided with reliable earthing measures.
