Features:

The shot blasting system is designed for surface opetation of rust removal, blasting for different kind of workparts process, such as blasting finishing for heat treatment workparts, sand adn cleaning of casting and forging workparts, and pre-surface treatment workpart before plating.

Working Principle:

1.The abrasive(steel balls or sand)will be cast into working surface at high speed and in a certain angle.

2.The abrasive will impact working surface to roughened by the cast surface and remove the leftovers.

3.Meanwhile,the negative pressure caused by dust collector will clean the abrasive and impurities via airstreams.

4.Intact abrasive is automatically recycled,and the impurities and dust will drop into the dust collecting box.

Main Performance Charactericis:

1) Major components are imported(ABB electric machine, AB soft starter, DELTA converter, SKF bearing);

2) Abrasive-casting room introduces wear-resistant materials to guarantee the service life;

3) Wearing parts such as blasting head and oriented jacket are cast in wear-resistant materials,

4) The service life could reach 20000m2(Notice: cement concrete pavement).
