DX-2100M silicon steel material measurement system is suitable for measuring a variety of hot-rolled, cold rolled oriented and non-oriented silicon steel materials, as well as forming the silicon steel transformer core. It can exactly measure magnetic induction Bm, than the total loss Ps and AC magnetization curve in the conditions of power frequency. In accordance with provisions of GB GB/T3655-2000, GB/T13789-92 and IEC60404-6.
DX-2100M adopts SCM control technology and A / D sampling, in replace of traditional analog bridge, frequency meter, ammeter, voltmeter and power meter, the entire testing process is done automatically. It can be connnected to microcomputer via RS-232 interface and adopts microcomputer to directly control and record test results.
The test accuracy of this device reachs corresponding IEC and national standards, even reach the leading level.
