Product Description

Synthetic diamond is the hardest industrial material. It is characterised as high strength, excellent wearability and thermal stability . It is suitable for making diamond saw blades, circular saws, drill bits, wire saws and milling tools .

Also used for high-end grinding tool,hard alloy, stone, ceramic and other hard material grinding.

YWD60/YWD40:Most of the crystal shape is completed neat hexahedron or octahedron, with mediu impact and thermal stability, mediu abrasion resistance.Used in making all size of saw blade for mediu-grade cutting granite .Also can be used to make thin-wall bit,grinding-roller,edge grinding wheel,plating products of normal require and other tools.
YWD40/YWD30:Regular and neat shape,good impact toughness and thermal stability,good wear-resisting performance.Used in making cutting-saw blade or abrasive-saw which used for processing floor brick, stone or glass.Also can be used to make grinding saw blade ,edge grinding wheel plating products and other tools
YWD30/YWD20:Regular shape,low impact toughness and thermal stability, generally abrasion resistance .Used in making all size of saw blade for mediu-grade cutting marble and granite .Also can be used to make grinding block and other tools.
YWD5:General regular shape,mediu impact toughness and thermal stability, very sharp.Used in making tools for low-grade floor brick ,stone and glass processing.Also can be used with high-grade synthetic diamond to maintain the sharpness.
