The recycling machine is mainly used to extract fuel oil, carbon black, steel from plastic scrap, used tire or other rubber products.

Yield of the products with its uses:

1. Fuel oil: Oil from this machine can be used as industrial fuel for burning. Or the waste oil recycling plant may need it as raw material to get non-standard diesel and gasoline.

2. Carbon black: Carbon black from this machine is crude. You can sell it to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire, cable and sealant companies.

3. Steel wire: It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly.

For waste plastics(Equipment model:QY DL series):

The extraction rate of oil: 70-91%

carbon black:0.9-12%

gas:8.1-18%

PP (poly propylene): small containers, pp bands,CD/DVD cases etc.

PE (poly ethylene): shopping bags, PET bottle caps, etc.

PS (poly styrene): disposable food package, expanded polystyrene etc
