2013 ISO Certificate foam brick construction machine :

Equipment superiority:
1) Materials car link, whole casting, durable and beautiful appearance.
2) When loading materials, kick fork shakes quickly and repeatedly by a special angle to fill the mold with materials. Kick fork is made by strong cast steel and can be replaced.
3) It uses gear and rack to strip the molds and rise and drop steady.
4) Add two extended orientation sets to make the press head working steady and synchronously, extend the usage life.
5) Welded with thick steel plate, it is solid and durable with removable connection.
6) It is a heat-resistant motor which can continue work freely under 130°C for a long time and limited to 180°C.
7) PLC system and Touch screen are made by Siemens from Germany. It has humanized operation interface and advanced automatic fault diagnosis system.
8) There are four movable columns, Synchronous and steady stripping. The slider and the guide pin with tapered position sleeve connection, removable side. Pressure head, the upper and lowe die boxes were set screw stopper position, positioning accuracy, better products, and a high degree of consistency.
9) Release the two curtains in the long slot before adjusting, turn the lifter to adjust the working plate to certain height and lock it, that is convenient, accurate positioning and reliable.
10) By using the structure of crank linker, it makes the crank circular motion become frame linear motion. Keep the pallets steady when producing.
11) The block it produced has high density and intensity, This machine is free pallets.
