1, Characteristics and Range of application:

DD862 Single Phase Three Wire kWh Meter(hereafter is the meter) is the most advanced type AC kilowatt-hour meter developed by us adopted the newest long life technique. It is suitable for measuring active energy in electric net with Single Phase Three Wire AC 60 Hz The meter must be mounted in the place which temperature is in -25~+55°C and the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%.And the air should not be included some harm gas , dust, mildew and insect, etc.

2, Basic specifications and main technical parameter:

The meter technique performance are completely conform to the stipulated requirement of National Standard GB/T15283-94 and International Standard IEC521.

4, Installing and using:

4.1 The meter can be installed and used after being test and sealed with letterpress printing. Without letterpress printing or storage time is too long the meter must be reset.

4.2 The meter must be installed ventilate and arid place. The meter base board must be on the wall of fire resistance and uneasily shaking . The meter must be installed verticalty and the gradient shall not exceed 1°. The installation height is about 1.8 m.

4.3 The meter must be installed in the protective box in the dusty place or against possible mechanical injury ..

4.4 Connecting must accord with the above drawing or the drawing in the extended cover. To use brass conductor to input to avoid that the meter shall be burnt due to loose contact.

4.5 In the too much thunderstorm place to adopt measures to avoid lighting injury.

4.6 The load capacity of the meter is between 0.05Ib~Imax . If the capacity exceeds above the register shall bot be accurate or the current coil shall be heated and burnt.

5, Transport and storage

5.1 Transport and storage of the meter must not be shaken and must accord with ZBY002-81

5.2 The meter must be stored in the original packing box and the environmental temperature is in -35°C~+65°C .Relative humidity shall not exceed 95% . And there isn’t any corrosive gas . The environmental temperature shall not vary violently .

5.3 The meters should be in the original packing box and the boxes should be piled up no more than five on the rack . The separate meter is not suitable for storage.

6, Deadline of guarantee:

Within 18 months from the date of manufacture the user complies with all of above rules. If the meter still being sealed does not conform to any technical requirements of IEC 521 or of any certification of Power Department or Measuring Department, the manufacture guarantees to repair freely or to change.
