Service

types

1.Factory Inspections/Factory Audit

Comprehensive assessment of the production facilities and organization according to ISO 9000 standard.

2.Pre-production Inspection (PPI) / Initial Production Inspection (IPI )

PPI/IPI focus mainly on the quantity of the components and materials, production capacity and monitor the production schedule.

3.During Production Inspection (DPI)

The production is inspected when at least 20% of the order has been completed so as to ensure that contractual obligations regarding specifications, packaging, packing and marking are met.

4.Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)

It is carried out when a minimum of 80% of the goods ordered are export packed and 100% of the goods are finished. Samples are selected at random, according to AQL standards and procedures. This inspection ensures that the production is in accordance with the specifications, purchase orders or L/C.

5.100% inspection

All of the product will be inspected as the requirements.

6.Container Loading Supervision

Guarantee the finished and packed goods meet your specifications and are securely loaded for shipment.
