1.Main stock line of silo system

Main feed line: silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Advantages: reduce labor intensity, one person is enough for one house.

2.Automatic pan feeding system

There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

(1)Feed pan

l Feed amount could be adjusted to different gear level according to actual situation.

l Feed pan slide switch could adjust feed flow until it is filled.

l Feed pan is convenient, accurate and quick to adjust feed flow, the operation is to hand by outside grids and rotate up and down.

l Pan bottom can be disassembled on ground,working specially as a pan for 0-7 day old chickens.

l Pan plate of V shape design can reduce feed storage on bottom,so that birds can always have fresh feed.The design can also prevent birds from staying too long on the plate.

l The edge of pan plate tilt towards the center,which can avoid waste of food.

l The smooth edge can prevent the craw of birds from hurting and make sure safety and comfort feeding.

l Installation of feed pan along conveying-pipe could be fixed or swing type.

(5)Feed sensor

When feed sensor is installed inside the feed pan(connect to open), Driving motor starts work to convey feed when feed sensor does not touch feed, and it stop conveying feed when feed sensor touches feed(for main feed line and pan feeding line use).

When feed sensor is installed at the bottom of feed bin( connect to close), the function is opposite to the above situation.

3.Automatic nipple drinking line system

This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of poultry.The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easily.

4.Automatic ventilation system

This system controls climate conditions,fresh air,humidity and temperature in poultry shed.It is vital for growing birds,including air inlets,axial flow fan and butterfly cone fan for your choice.

5.Cooling pad system

Cooling pad and fan, the longitudinal ventilation and cooling combination is the most economic and effective summer cooling system for poultry house.

Cooling pad and fan system, which is reasonably designed and installed, can control the temperature in the poultry house to 30 degrees centigrade or under hottest weather,thereby reducing the influence of high temperature on the growth of poultry to minimum.

6.Environment control system

This system saves labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth environment of poultry chickens.It is imported from Israel which can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment.

7.Spraying and disinfecting system

This system effectively cools,humidifies,dedusts and disinfects poultry house(temperature could be quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)

8.Heater

Heating poultry house when it is needed to satisfy the temperature demand of chickens at different growth stage.Fuel of diesel and coal are both available.
