Characteristics:

1, Temperature range: Best operational temperature 90 oC at least, quick liquefaction in 95-97 oC, stay active in 100 oC, for injection liquefaction, transition temperature can be 105-110 oC.

2, PH range: Effective PH range 5.5-8.0, Optimum PH range 6.0-6.5.

3, Calcium ion affects the active stability of enzyme: It is not sensitive to Ca2+, about 50-70ppm of Ca2+ is good enough.
