Maydos Eco-Friendly Elastic Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Wall Coatings(China Coatings)

Description of the wall coatings:
Maydos Elastic Exterior Emulsion wall coatings is a water-based, 100 percent acrylic based emulsion paint. It is formulated with imported core shell reaction hardening acrylic elastic emulsion and weathershield pigment, mainly designed for exterior surfaces such as brickwork, plaster, concrete and is ideal for rendering. With its super elastic performance, it can cover the small cracks to protect and beautify the wall. It provides at least 5 years protection against algae and fungus growth. It is also resistant to alkali, chalking, peeling and excessive color fading.

Where To Use:
It can be used for decoration or renewal of interior or exterior surface of new and old architecture, such as commercial buildings, hotels, villa, etc.

Advantages:
1. Super elastic resilience which makes the paint film can stand expanding and contracting of the base under hear and cold.
2. Strong tensile strength and toughness, which can avoid the cracking of the paint film.
3. Superior breathing and water permeability performance which can avoid the accumulation of the damp in the base and prevent the paint film from peeling and bubbling.
4. Good dirt-resistance, especially to oil smoke and floating dust.
5. Excellent alkali, fungus and algae resistance.
