2. Products Positioning

G6 series variable speed drive(vsd) is applicable to most motor-driven areas, including paper-making, textile, food, printing, cement, dyeing, plastic machinery, metallurgy, iron and so on. As speed regulation device, with strong load adaptability, runs stably, with high precision and good reliability. At most extent to improve power factor and efficiency is applicable to energy saving use.

3. Performance Characteristics

1) Precise speed sensorless vector control technology realizes AC motor decoupling, enabling the DC motorization of operation control.

2) Data monitoring keypad. Data can be set by user according requirement, including frequency, voltage, current, speed, time, PID data and so on, Real-time data display let users be clear to load operation condition at a glance, easily and intuitively understand energy-saving effect.

3) Independent cooling channel design. Prevents dust and corrosive gas damaging the circuit board, and slows down the aging speed of circuit board. It is especially important for harsh working environment, such as printing, textile, cement, ceramic, metal processing industries and so on. The cooling channel is separated with circuit board, which protects the main board under the premise of ensuring the heat dissipation effect, reduces faults and maintenance rate, extending the use life of inverter.

4) SCR technology adopted in rectifier circuit, this electronic breakover rather than mechanical breakover, can not only avoid dust, corrosive gas and other environment factors damaging the contactor, but also avoid the frequently switching of contactor, prolongs the use life of rectifier circuit.

5) Standard built-in braking unit (below 15KW), is suitable for loads that braking function is needed, lathes, for example.Multiple control terminals, 7-way digital input, 4-way digital output, 4-way analog input, 2-way analog output, combined with RS-485 communication interface, allows users to easily achieve the automated operation of the equipment.

6) Speed tracking and restoring after power down, makes the inverter can track the current speed value after the power net restored from instantaneous power down. On this basis, inverter upregulates frequency to the set value rather than drops to 0Hz then raising. This feature is particularly prominent on the fan loads, also suitable for occasions that the electrical network is unstable.

7) Jog running realizes the user-defined shortcut control.

8) Automatic energy-saving setting. When the energy-saving setting is valid, the inverter automatically computes the optimal output voltage according to the load, to achieve the energy-saving goal.
