We are Linyi Monbow Filter Manufacturing Company. We offer diesel/lube/air/hydraulic filters for KOMATSU, HITACH,CAT,VOLVO,CUMMINS(FLEETGUARD), HYUNDAI, DEAWOO,DOOSAN etc excavators and bulldozers and wheel loaders. We have our own brand MONBOW.

So far, we have been exporting to Russia, India, Iran,Saudi Arabia , Thailand, Indonisia, Costa Rico, S.Korea & USA etc.

About the brand and logo, you can choose MONBOW or your own brand on condition that you offer the authorized bill and big order.

One more choice, everything can be better for both of us.

Part B:After-Sale Service Policy

Monbow Filters were strictly manufactured in accordance with National Automobile Filters Industry Standard, featured by high-quality raw material and exquisite workmanship.

In order to protect the interests of our customers, we make the following commitments:

1.We apply the same processing technology and material application in our filter as the OEM parts manufacturing.

2.When your equipment is damaged and confirmed that it is caused by using Monbow filters and they were strictly installed according to our direction(including installing process and changing period), our company will take over the reasonable cost of parts changing and repair of broken engines or other broken auto parts. Besides, the relevant receipts or invoices should be attached with parts list (approved by insurance company).Our company do not take responsibility for consequential losses or incidental losses caused by defective products.

3.The equipment’s repair claim in this commitment must be filed within 24 hours from the day when it is broken. In addition, please contact our technical service department in written form.

4.The technical service department reserves the right to examine the damaged equipment and the alleged defective filters, in order to judge that the breakdown is caused by our filter or not.

Except the following conditions:

(1)The defective filter(including rubber parts)has been lost or destroyed on purpose, which leads to investigation failure.

(2)Installed filter is not our recommended applicable model.

(3)Caused by any wrong way of installing filters

(4)Defective automobile in bad condition.

(5)Modified engine or overloaded operation.

(6)Filter cover has been deformed by external force.
