1.Application

GSW1 series universal circuit breakers(abbreviated circuit breakers as follow) could be suited for distribution net including frequency:50Hz,rated working voltage:400V,690V,rated current:200~6300A;and used for assigning the electrical energy and the protection line and the power equipment exempting such as overloaded,undervoltage,short-circuits,and single-phase earth harm,The circuit breaker has the intellectualized protection function, the selective protection is precise, which can enhance the power supply the reliability,and avoid the nonessential power cut,Compact structure,small volume and high Breaking Capacity.The seal contact system establishing zero overflash,The intelligent controller has test,load monitoring,great information display,real-time programming and communication function, which might establish perfect three sections or four section of protections .

GB/T14048.1-2006 Low-voltage switchgear and controgear--General rules

GB14048.2-2008 Low-voltage switchgear and controgear--Low-voltage circuit breakers

IEC60947-2 Low-voltage switchgear and controgear second part--Low-voltage circuit breakers.

3.Working condition

Ambient temperature:-5°C~+40°C

average temperature in 24 hours ≤+35°C

Relative humidity

No exceeding 50% at the maximum ambient temperature of 40°C .With

lower temperature ,higher humidity would be permitted, for instance:with

temperature 20°C,the humidity can exceed 90%. Take the special measure

to the dews on the surface, which would appear due to temperature change.

Pollution protection:3grade

4.Type Structure

GSW1 series universal circuit breaker has two type structure,the one is draw-out breaker,the other is fixed breaker,the two type structure breaker have the same Main technical paraments.but there are some different character for use between the two type breaker.

The advantage of the draw-out socket is:it's easy to install and maintenance.and the disadvantage is:the breaker is bigger,heavier and more expensive,for which used more material.

Compared to the draw-out breaker ,the fixed breaker is smaller,lighter and cheaper ,but the disavdantage of the fixed breaker is difficult to install and maintenance.

The draw-out socket is connected to main circuit when plug body busbar to contact bridge,there are three work positions:

"connect" position,"test"position and "seperated" position.the three positions are changed for each other by The handle,which is rotated to forward and backward.The three position indicator displayed by position indicator button which is located on the draw-out socket's downside.

"connect" position:main and auxiliary circuit are both connect

"test" position:the main circuit is disconnect,safety seperator is closed,only auxiliary circuit is connect,the necessary action test could be done

"seperated" position: the main and auxiliary circuit are both disconnect,and the body of breaker could be pull out.

The breaker could be closed only in connect or test position and it can not be closed in the middle position

There are two type of the body of breaker:fixed and draw-out,there is one different struct between fixed breaker body and draw-out breaker body:busbar.the fixed breaker body's busbar is longer than the draw-out breaker body's.the other struct is in same.There is the sameOutline dimensions in the same rated frame current bodys,but different rated current ,different busbar and intelligent controllor.

To close or break the circuit breaker

GSW1-1600 series universal circuit breaker's terminal of secondary circuit has 57 contacts.GSW1-2000,GSW1-3200,GSW1-4000,GSW1-6300 series universal circuit breaker's terminal of secondary circuit has 47 contacts

The undervoltage release consists of coil and control unit;

The undervoltage release works in two ways:acting instantaneously and time delay;

The undervoltage release delay time can be adjusted from 1s to 10s,and the

time delay accuracy is ±20%;

If the voltage of power supply of main circuit returned to 85%Ue or above in

Half of the delay time,the breakers wound not break away .
