KDM-C68 is a special high polymer compound.

Properties:

Features:

1,KDM-C68 can be directly used for denim garment finishing or mercerized finishing,and improve the luster and smooth hand feeling of the dyed fabrics.It's very convenient to use as the processes of clearing red colours and softening finishing together with one step can be finished;

2,KDM-C68 can improve resin finished fabrics' tearing,breaking and wearing strength;

3,KDM-C68 applies to all kinds of fibres,fabrics and techniques such as dipping and padding;

4,The finished fabrics is resistant to sunlight and oxidation.

Reference techniques:

1,Dipping techniques:

dosage: 1.5~5%(o.w.f.), 40-50°C*20-30min, dewatering,stoving by 100°C.

2.Padding techniques:

dosage: 15~30g/L,a dipping and a padding,the liquid rate: 65-80%, stoving by 100°C.

Storage:

Stored in closed container at temperature under 32 °C,storage life 6 months.

Packing:

125kg or 200kg per iron drum.
