4. Customer satisfied service rules

AccuInspection will send a complex inspection report with detailed digital photos within 24hours after inspection finished, the same day after inspection if needed.

If there are any quality complaint from client, AccuInspection shall:

-Feedback to client within 2 working days after receiving client's complaint by email,

-Co-operation with client and factory to investigate the reasons and find out the solution,

-Refund the 1times-10times (based on the client real lose, max. 10 times) of the total inspection fee with 20 days after it defines that defects is caused by AccuInspection's negligent inspection.

Pre-Shipment Inspection for home and househould furniture(PSI):

An inspection of the finished goods prior to their shipment to your designated location.

At the earliest when 80 % of your goods are produced and packed, we control the quantity and quality of your products, their labeling and packaging, appearance and functionality, following a checklist of your custom requirements.

PSI, our most popular service, protects you from shipping non-conforming products.

A typical process of PSI:

1.A client sends a filled order form, specifying all the necessary details (such as quantity, locations, type of product, chosen AQL)
2.After the contract is made, our qualified inspectors arrive at client’s factory to inspect the goods
3.At the same day, the client is informed about the overall result of the inspection (if needed)
4.The next working day following the inspection, the client receives a comprehensive inspection report with pictures
5.The order is completed and ideally followed by a further cooperation between the client and AccuInspection, e. g. by a Cargo Loading Supervision.
