Converting the original sketches into detailed computer design, including club badge, numbers, sponsors logos and transferring them to our shirt templates ready for printing.





The wide format digital printer producing the sublimation transfers for printing the fabric panels.





Cutting the base fabric ready for application of the transfer images.






Shirt panel before and after transfer printing using the large format heat press.





Overlocking the printed panels together to form the shirt.



The finished shirt,which is now the adopted play kit

This kit is worn by players from the age of 7 to old age pensioners, made up of 26 teams in excess

Embroidered badges and logos can be added to your garments if you prefer them rather than the printed version.
